Tottenham must go higher for Porto's Moutinho

Tottenham must go higher to land Porto star Joao Moutinho.

The midfielder is Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas' No1 choice to replace new Real Madrid signing Luka Modric.

The Daily Star says Spurs have bid almost £20m for Moutinho, but Porto want £24m.
