Tottenham midfielder Moussa Sissoko admits he's thrilled by his recall to the France squad.
Sissoko was rewarded by France coach Didier Deschamps for his excellent start to the season.
He told L'Equipe: "I felt a relief, a liberation. It was a moment of enormous joy, for I had been waiting for this goal for a while. It is also linked to a complicated last season (8 starts in the Premier League). But I never gave up anything.
"It is often said that it is in difficult moments that one learns the most. These delicate moments allowed me to ask myself the right questions, to think well, to work even more and to bounce back.
"Today, the wheel has turned!"
