Tottenham midfielder Sandro is happy with the progress he's made in his first season in England.
Sandro joined Spurs from Internacional earlier this season.
Outstanding in the Champions League, with the highlight his display in Tottenham's 1-0 win at AC Milan, Sandro tells Hotspur magazine: "Even before I came to England I thought my style of play would be suitable here and that has helped me fit in really well because its speed and physicality suits me.
"The hardest thing is to adapt to the pace of the game. It's different in Brazil, where the football is more technical and artistic whereas here it is more physical, much faster and much more direct.
"I'm happy with all aspects of my game. Now when I'm playing I'm smiling because I'm able to contribute more. I have already grown up a lot by playing here in England but I still have a lot of growing up to do."
