QPR are expected to complete the signing of Tottenham midfielder Scott Parker today.
The Daily Mail says Parker has had a medical at QPR and is set to join former manager Harry Redknapp at Loftus Road for £2million - dropping to the Championship just 18 months after captaining his country.
The Spurs midfielder was chosen by fans as the England Player of the Year in February 2012, the same month he captained the national side in a 3-2 friendly defeat by Holland.
Now he has been deemed surplus to requirements by current Spurs manager Andre Villas-Boas, who has Sandro returning from a lengthy knee injury and has also signed Paulinho and Etienne Capoue.
