Tottenham midfielder Mousa Dembele says they can't dwell on their failure in Europe this season.
Dembele was downbeat that their Europa League hopes had fallen at the first hurdle, after a poor Champions League campaign.
But he said there were positives that they must now take into the remainder of their Premier League games, starting today against Stoke.
He said: “We are disappointed that we've gone out – but we have a positive feeling about that.
“We worked hard, played as a team and even when Dele Alli was sent off we played better.
“It's very simple now, we have to focus on the FA Cup and the Premier League.
“We played so well with 10 men and if we can bring that sort of mentality, spirit and attitude to the Premier League and the FA Cup then we will do very well."
