Tottenham midfielder Lewis Holtby is signing permanently for Hamburg.
The Mirror says Holtby is set to finally confirm his departure from Spurs after Hamburg chose to make his loan move permanent.
Tottenham, who signed the 24-year-old for just £1.5million in January last year, are set to make a £4million profit as the deal for Holtby is understood to be £5.5million.
