Tottenham midfielder Nabil Bentaleb is grateful to manager Mauricio Pochettino for his backing this season.
Bentaleb says Pochettino's methods, constant coaching, help and video sessions have significantly improved his own game.
"He showed faith in me. When I am not on the pitch, I think I have to give something back to the coaches. That's what I am trying to do every time I step on the pitch," said the 20-year-old Algeria international.
"He has given me focus and trying to lose the ball less than I used to do and to go forward even more. And to work on my defensive part, also. In training, he shows you clips, shows us clips. He takes you one by one and shows you what you are doing wrong and doing right."
