Tottenham and Manchester United are eyeing PSV Eindhoven winger Memphis Depay.
Both have watched the £15million-rated 20-year-old winger, who became Holland's youngest ever scorer in World Cup finals when he struck against Australia in Brazil, says the Sunday Express. Spurs tried to sign Depay in the last transfer window and want him to replace Aaron Lennon.
They are open to offers for their 27-year-old former England winger. Old Trafford boss Louis van Gaal knows all about Depay's potential after trusting him in his Dutch side last summer.
Van Gaal believes Depay would add the speed and vitality United lacked in Friday's uninspiring goalless draw against League Two Cambridge in the FA Cup.
