Tottenham and Manchester City will feature in the first televised Barclays Premier League fixture of the new season. The two will meet at White Hart Lane on Saturday, August 14 with a 12.45pm kick-off and will be shown live on Sky Sports.

Later the same day, champions Chelsea open their defence at home to West Brom on ESPN while Roy Hodgson's Liverpool and Arsenal clash on Sky on Sunday, August 15.

Sky's coverage of the opening weekend concludes with newly-promoted Newcastle's difficult trip to Manchester United on the Monday.
