Tottenham make shock move for Everton striker Louis Saha

Tottenham are attempting to set up a loan deal for Everton striker Louis Saha.

Tottenham hope to bring in Everton's Saha on loan providing they can finally ship Roman Pavlyuchenko out of club.

Saha is enjoying one of his better seasons in terms of fitness at Goodison Park having started 16 matches and appeared in four more.

However, the Frenchman has found the net just once in the Premier League and the impending arrival of Rangers striker Nikica Jelavic for £6million will cast more doubt over Saha's role at the club.
