The News of the World says Spurs boss Harry Redknapp will send scouts to the French Youth Cup Final between Sochaux and Metz in order to watch Dias.

The teenager was born in Portugal but came through the youth ranks at Sochaux and has been a key figure in their route to the final, including grabbing a double in the quarter-final win against Toulouse.
