Tottenham made a check on West Bromwich Albion defender Jonas Olsson on the weekend.
The Daily Mail says Tottenham scout Daniel Sousa watched West Bromwich Albion defender Olsson and Fulham winger Alex Kacaniklic during Sweden's international with Macedonia.
Olsson is understood to have a release clause of around £4m and has also attracted interest from Arsenal and Stoke.
