David Moyes says Manchester United's 2-1 home defeat to Tottenham on New Year's Day will not at all affect their January transfer plans.
The Red Devils sit 11 points off league leaders Arsenal and will look to do some business in the current transfer window but Moyes says the Spurs loss will not them force them into any panic buys.
"The result today would never have any effect on what we do, whether in January or the summer," he said.
"It wasn't our day but it won't change the way we go about our business."
