Tottenham striker Jermain Defoe is facing three weeks out.

Defoe is likely to miss Tottenham's next three matches with an abdominal injury sustained in training last week.

The forward, who suffered pelvic problems earlier in the campaign, still played in the 2-1 win at Swansea but is set to be sidelined for both legs of the forthcoming Europa League quarter-final against Basle, as well as the Premier League fixture at home to Everton on Sunday.
