Tottenham are believed to be showing considerable interest in Olympiakos striker Konstantinos Mitroglou.
The 25-year old Greece international has been starring for the Athens giants this season, scoring 17 goals in 15 appearances in all competitions, and it is being reported that Andre Villas-Boas is pondering a January swoop for his services.
Spurs have scored just nine goals in 11 Premier League matches so far this campaign with a strike force consisting of Roberto Soldado (four goals), Jermain Defoe (none) and Erik Lamela (none) prompting Villas-Boas to look elsewhere for a consistent goalscorer for which Mitroglou fits the bill.
