Tottenham have reportedly made £45million offer for Roma winger Cengiz Under.

The 21-year-old has scored four games in 17 games for the Giallorossi this season.

His exploits have caught the eye of Spurs, Chelsea and Arsenal.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Roma have already rejected a £32m offer from Spurs and the club have gone back with an increased bid.

Roma are looking for an increase because they have to give 20 per cent of the fee to Under's former club Istanbul Basaksehir.
