Tottenham legend Phil Beal is delighted to see former teammate Harry Redknapp in charge at White Hart Lane.
Beal came face-to-face with Redknapp on a number of occasions during his playing career at West Ham United.
"I played against Harry lots of times when he was at West Ham; he was a real flying winger in those days," recalled Beal to Hotspur magazine.
"I always had a good rapport with him and got to know him better when we were both at Oxford City.
"Bobby Moore was the manager there and he asked me to play for them while Harry came back from the States to do a bit of coaching.
"He's done a tremendous job; you've only got to look at where we were - staring relegation in the face - when he came and the next thing we're in the Champions League."
