Tottenham are chasing PSV Eindhoven winger Memphis Depay.
The Sunday Mirror says Depay is being hailed as the next wonderboy to emerge from Dutch football and carries a £17million price tag.
As well as the White Hart Lane club, Manchester United-bound Holland boss Louis van Gaal has also become a big fan of the player.
In fact, he impressed him so much in the Dutch team that Van Gaal picks the 20-year-old ahead of established players like Jeremain Lens or Klaas-Jan Huntelaar.
