Tottenham midfielder Alex Pritchard says he is a better player for his time on-loan at Peterborough United.

Pritchard is in England's U20 World Cup squad.

"I take plenty of positives from the loan and now I've got to keep improving. I look back at it as a good season and now I have to look forward to next season, keep improving, keep working at my game and hopefully, something will click," Pritchard told tottenhamhotspur.com.

"You have to concentrate because as soon as you do that, you go backwards. You have to keep going and going until you reach the heights you want to reach.

"The defensive side of my game got much better. The Championship is hard and full of tough matches."
