New Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is determined to win the number one spot at the club.
The France national team captain joined Spurs from Lyon for around £11.8million in the summer transfer window but has not yet featured with manager Andre Villas-Boas sticking with veteran Brad Friedel.
25-year old Lloris has been training hard in North London and is well aware that he will have to toil to displace the American who is considered first-choice at White Hart Lane.
"I will join Tottenham calmly, discovering a new world, another league. I have lots of things to prove there. I will have to work hard," he said.
