Tottenham goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini has praised the man-management of boss Harry Redknapp.
Having played under the likes of Gianluca Vialli, Claudio Ranieri, Jose Mourinho and Luiz Felipe Scolari at Chelsea, Cudicini is well qualified to compare the impact Redknapp has made in turning Tottenham from relegation candidates to top four contenders.
"Every manager has got good aspects," he said.
"Harry is doing a great job here at Tottenham, since he arrived here the team seems to have taken off. This season we are doing very well, so hopefully we are on the right way."
Cudicini also told BBC London 94.9: "He [Redknapp] has changed the confidence, the belief.
"When players believe in themselves you get results, it's the best mix."
