Tottenham are keen on Zenit St Petersburg defender Mimmo Criscito.

The Daily Star says Spurs are interested in signing Italy international Criscito - but the Zenit St Petersburg left-back is going nowhere.

That is the claim from his agent Andrea D'Amico, who says his client will remain in Russia despite being linked with Spurs and Fiorentina.

"Those who have linked Criscito with Fiorentina have only spread rumours which are without foundation," D'Amico told Italian radio station Lady Radio.

"There is no truth in them whatsoever. Domenico will continue his experience in Russia, where he is very happy."
