Tottenham have joined the battle for AS Monaco midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia.

The Daily Mail says the France international is one of the hottest properties in Europe this summer, with a host of clubs after his signature.

Arsenal and AC Milan are both interested in the 22-year-old holding midfielder, who will cost around £25million.

And despite the strength of competition, Mauricio Pochettino has instructed Spurs chiefs to explore a move for Kondogbia.
