Tottenham have joined the battle for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Shinji Kagawa.
The Daily Express says Arsenal and Spurs have joined Manchester United in the race to sign Kagawa, who could be available for as little as £5million.
Tottenham and Arsenal are also battling over the transfers of Ajax defender Jan Vertonghen and Blackburn Rovers winger Junior Hoilett.
