Tottenham legend Glenn Hoddle says there's no need for panic from England after drawing their World Cup opener against the USA.
But the former England manager admits there are some concerns to come out of the 1-1 draw.
In his column for the Daily Mail, Hoddle wrote: "The biggest is at centre back, where Ledley King is an enormously talented player and his absence leaves a lack of pace. If he was injured after four minutes, that means he played a whole half with a groin injury, which could prolong his absence.
"Jamie Carragher is carrying a booking, so there is every chance we will need to use Matthew Upson or Michael Dawson if England are to advance. The other problems are in goal and in attack, where I question if we have enough quality to open up teams. Wayne Rooney's lack of impact is something I hope is a one-off. Don't we all.
"The performance rating i s probably a 50/50 - it was better than the friendly games against Japan and Mexico. It wasn't bad. It certainly wasn't dreadful.
"Look at the chances England had to win the game. If Emile Heskey (who played well) scores that chance, the whole country is bouncing around."
