Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen admits he's proud to be likened to fellow former Ajax stars.

The Dane is being compared with Wesley Sneijder and Rafael van der Vaart.

"It's pretty cool to be compared with such big players", says the 21-year-old playmaker. "I never trained with them, but I know that we played at the same club.

"They have the same style and celebrated great successes when they left at Ajax. Therefore I hope to achieve the same."
