Following Monday night's 2-2 draw against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, Tottenham's hopes of winning the premiership were quashed and the result certainly left a bitter taste in the mouths of the Spurs' faithful.
Nonetheless, Tottenham have enjoyed a very positive campaign and goalkeeper Lloris has gone on to echo this sentiment by stating that his side have no regrets whatsoever regarding the failed title bid.
Lloris told the Tottenham's official website: "We gave our best and there are no regrets.
"We can be disappointed because we started to dream about this title but if we keep the same mentality and energy, we will be ready to compete for the next few years.
"We are improving step by step and we don't know our limits, so that's very positive for the future, which has to be bright. Now we will continue to do our best, just like we have done all season."
