Toby Alderweireld believes he and his Tottenham Hotspur teammates have the ability to take on and beat any opponents.
With Spurs sitting second on the Premier League table, five points behind league leaders Leicester City, Belgian defender Alderweireld feels that the final seven fixtures of the season hold no fear for the North Londoners who are chasing their first top flight title since 1961.
"We are confident. We can beat any team if we keep working hard and at the same level we have been," he said.
"That's not arrogance - it's confidence, and that's the way we have to play.
"We just have to focus game by game. It's a cliche, but it's the way we have to play. We have seven finals left, so let's start at Liverpool."
