Tottenham fullback Danny Rose is enjoying playing for manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Rose says the Argentine is already popular among the players.
"I spoke to [Southampton player] Jack Cork before I met the manager and he had nothing but nice things to say about him," said Rose.
"It is hard but I am enjoying working under him. He is like one of the lads, having a laugh, but as soon as training starts he is very serious. All he demands is hard work, and that is exactly what he has got from everyone throughout pre-season."
