The Sun says Tottenham, Fulham and Blackburn Rovers are fighting it out for £7million-rated midfield schemer Marquez.
The contract rebel, 27, was watched by the three clubs last season and is available after negotiations for a new deal broke down.
Inter Milan target Marquez, who has one year left on his contract, has made 29 appearances for the Spanish top-flight side and scored two goals.
