Tottenham are ready to launch a bid for Feyenoord defender Bruno Martins Indi.
The 21 year-old has been watched by Liverpool and AC Milan representatives in recent weeks.
However, Voetbalzone says Spurs are in contact with Feyenoord about a fee for Martins.
Feyenoord rate the young centre-half at €7 million.
