Tottenham face a major shake-up of their defensive stocks this summer.

The London Evening Standard says Sebastien Bassong is on loan at Wolves and is likely to be sold in the summer, William Gallas has struggled with injuries this season and may follow him out of the door, while doubts remain over the long-term fitness of club captain Ledley King.

King's advisors are in talks about extending his contract at White Hart Lane for a further two seasons, but player and club are still to reach agreement on the exact terms of the new deal.
