Tottenham target Franco Baldini is committed to his job at AS Roma.
The Daily Mail says Tottenham's move for Baldini looks set to end in failure as the former England No 2 looks set to snub the chance to be director of football at White Hart Lane.
The Italian, 51, is on the shortlist to work alongside boss Andre Villas-Boas.
But Baldini wants to remain as Roma general manager.
