Tottenham are keen on West Ham United defender James Tomkins.
The Sunday Mirror says the 22-year-old has been under scrutiny all season and boss Harry Redknapp believes the centre-back is ready to join his squad.
Spurs may offer West Ham £8m for Tomkins, with the sale of Sebastien Bassong set to raise £5m of that.
