Tottenham have reportedly enquired about the availability of Spartak Moscow's Quincy Promes.
According to the Daily Mail, Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino made a personal check on the 24-year-old winger in Holland's recent friendly with the Republic of Ireland.
The Argentine had other members of staff present at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin as the north Londoners run the rule over the former FC Twente star.
Spurs also watched him play a full 90 minutes in the 2-0 win over Austria on the weekend and it is understood that Pochettino could now make a move for his services this summer.
Promes reportedly wants to leave Spartak this summer and would jump at the chance to move t the Premier League.
