Tottenham had scouts in the stands for Celtic's clash with Dundee United last night.
The Daily Mail says Tottenham have been linked with Hoops striker Gary Hooper.
But, while they were due to represented at Tuesday's game with Dundee United, they are understood to be monitoring Arsenal target Victor Wanyama, as are Manchester United.
