Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is reportedly set to make a firm offer for Southampton manager Mauricio Pochettino.
The Daily Mail reports that the Spurs chief will hold talks with current boss Tim Sherwood on Tuesday which is set to bring about his demise, opening the door for the current Saints gaffer.
Tottenham are being heavily linked with Pochettino, who has impressed on the south coast since his arrival from Spain, but the north Londoners are also interested in Ajax's Frank de Boer.
It is believed that Levy will part ways with Sherwood before he goes after Pochettino on an official level.
