QPR manager Chris Ramsey says Charlie Austin is not agitating for a move away from the club.
The 26-year-old striker did not play in West London club's 3-0 Capital One Cup win over Yeovil Town on Tuesday night but Ramsey insists it is not a ploy to get a transfer back to the Premier League.
"Charlie Austin had treatment today so I hope he's going to be fit (at the weekend), he is one that you need to be fit and pushing for a good performance," said the R's boss.
"I think that he has not rocked the boat and not made disturbances in the changing room, asking to leave or anything so I am hoping he will be in contention to be picked."
Austin, who is expected to feature in this weekend's home league meeting with Cardiff City, is a target for top flight clubs Tottenham and Everton as well as Leicester City and Newcastle United.
