Premier League clubs are intensifying their pursuit of Huddersfield striker Jordan Rhodes.

Rhodes scored five goals in a 6-0 rout at Wycombe in League One on Friday night.

Eight Premier League clubs were represented including Tottenham, Everton, Aston Villa, Norwich and Newcastle as Rhodes, 21, took his goals tally this season to 31 in 23 games, says the Daily Mail.

West Ham United have already increased their bid to £4million for the Scotland striker and are hopeful he will push to join them but Huddersfield have stood firm. They want him to guide them into the Championship.

Rhodes has also been watched by Liverpool, Manchester United, Celtic and West Bromwich Albion this season.
