Tottenham are eager to find a buyer for Emmanuel Adebayor.
The Mirror says Adebayor was left out of the club's 2-2 draw at Wigan on Saturday but he is NOT injured.
Tottenham could struggle to offload the marksman, however, as it is believed the Togo striker will only leave White Hart Lane for a club willing to match his £100,000-a-week wages.
It is a similar scenario to the one which stalled negotiations over his departure from Manchester City to Spurs.
Nonetheless, Spurs remain intent on moving Adebayor on and are set to sound out suitors in China, Russia, the MLS and even the United Arab Emirates, as they seek to find a club able to meet the player's wage demands.
