Tottenham have reportedly given up their pursuit of Internacional striker Leandro Damiao.
Spurs were believed to be in talks with the Brazilian club tonight but it is now understood that now deal will take place before the transfer deadline.
Tottenham are desperate to sign the 23-year old but Internacional are not prepared to sell right now leaving the North Londoners to revisit their chase in the summer.
