Tottenham are willing to sell Robbie Keane for £8 million. The Mirror says the Republic of Ireland ace does not feature in boss Harry Redknapp's plans after he was loaned out in January to Celtic.
And Tottenham are now desperate to sell the striker as Redknapp plots a major overhaul of his squad for the Champions League.
Tottenham, who paid Liverpool £12m to re-sign Keane in January 2009, were holding out for £10m.
But Spurs are now willing to accept a minimum cash-down payment of £6m with various add-ons worth around £2m.
And both Aston Villa and Birmingham are both keen on the much-travelled striker.
