Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino says that his players delivered his plan perfectly in their 2-1 win over Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday.
The North London club claimed their fifth straight league win to move within two points of league leaders Leicester City thanks to goals from Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen, either side of Kelechi Iheanacho's equaliser, in what was another impressive display from Pochettino's men.
"We delivered our plan perfectly," he told Sky Sports.
"We were very calm and played the way we wanted to play. We have a very young squad against a team with world champions so you have to give full credit to the players.
"We were calm at 1-1 and played well. We defended well and our mentality is to try to score and win the game."
