Tottenham defender Kevin Wimmer has completed his medical with Stoke City.
Sky Sports reports that a fee of £18m has been agreed upon by the two clubs.
Talks over personal terms have almost concluded and the deal is expected to be announced within the next 24 hours.
Wimmer, who has made just 15 Premier League appearances for Spurs since joining from Koln in 2015, was made surplus to requirements after record-signing Davinson Sanchez arrived last week.
The Austria international becomes the fourth defensive signing for Potters boss Mark Hughes.
