Tottenham defender Jan Vertonghen says Belgium's players are now recognising their growing status on the world stage.
Vertonghen says the Red Devils can handle raised expectations.
"Without being arrogant, many of us play at big clubs, mostly in the Premier League," said the 26-year-old. "We have come up with the national team to the point that we can expect certain things of ourselves and requirements.
"Before, I could just walk around everywhere, now that's a different story.
"It's a pleasure to be Belgian and more so being a Belgian footballer."
