Tottenham defender Michael Dawson says there's no time to dwell on their Champions League thrashing.
The 4-0 hammering against Real Madrid has all but eliminated Harry Redknapp's men from Europe.
On Wednesday, the formality will be complete - but Dawson insisted there is no time for Tottenham to feel self-pity.
He said: "We cannot let that happen. We can't feel sorry for ourselves. We want to be back in the Champions League next season."
"We want to lift ourselves for the second leg. We have got to go out there and put on a good performance. We have got to have a positive approach for that match.
"It will be at White Hart Lane and the fans will be there. They have been in full voice and they have been everywhere with us. We have to put on a performance for them as well as ourselves."
