Tottenham defender Michael Dawson could be hit by a lengthy ban for his dismissal against Stoke City.
The Sun says Dawson could be suspended for five games and fined for his tackle on Mamady Sidibe.
Dawson, 24, already has a three-match ban for the straight red card he got for clobbering the Stoke striker.
But the FA may increase the punishment after charging him with improper conduct for not going off immediately.
