Tottenham defender Davinson Sanchez is fast impressing after his arrival in England last month.
The Colombia defender joined Spurs in August from Ajax.
Borussia Dortmund coach Peter Bosz isn't surprised by Sanchez's instant impact, having worked with the youngster last season.
"He played the whole season and was never injured," said Bosz. "He was a monster."
Former Ajax teammate Matthijs de Ligt also stated: "I was someone who wanted to solve every situation 'soccerly', even by playing to someone in our own penalty area. Now I do not do that anymore. Sometimes you have to kick the ball into the stands. Davinson understood that perfectly."
And Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino revealed: "In his beginning with Ajax, he immediately revealed his qualities and personality to us."
