Tottenham feel they can close a deal quickly for Werder Bremen star Marko Marin.
The London Evening Standard says Spurs will try to strengthen their squad this summer as they bid to reclaim a top-four spot next season and are considering a move for Werder Bremen's Marin.
The Germany international winger impressed against Spurs in the 2-2 draw in the Champions League and can play on either side of midfield. Bremen value Marin at £13million.
Spurs' highest earners collect between £65,000 and £70,000 a week. However, Marin is paid only about £42,000 a week in Germany, so there is considerable room for improvement within the club's wage structure.
