Reports are suggesting that Tottenham are considering trading striker Roman Pavlyuchenko to Liverpool for Yossi Benayoun.

Not for the first time this season has Pavlyuchenko been the talk of a potential transfer but this time speculation has the Russian linked with a trade that could possibly see Benayoun leave Anfield for White Hart Lane.

Liverpool have shown interest in Pavlyuchenko in the past but they might be better served selling Benayoun straight out to one of the several clubs interested in him such as Aston Villa, Roma, Sevilla and Dynamo Moscow and then using some of that cash to land the Spurs attacker.
